InboxKit allows you to configure DMARC reporting email and Catch-all email directly from your domain’s settings. These settings help you monitor domain health, prevent email loss, and improve deliverability.
This guide explains what these features are and how to set them up inside InboxKit.
DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting & Conformance) protects your domain from spoofing and phishing.
A DMARC Email is an optional email address where you receive DMARC reports. These reports show:
Who is sending emails on behalf of your domain
Whether your SPF/DKIM authentication passed
Any suspicious activity
Deliverability insights
DMARC Email = Helps you track and protect your domain reputation.
A Catch-all email collects messages sent to any mistyped or non-existent address under your domain.
Example:
If your domain is inboxkitpost.com and someone emails:
…even if these inboxes don’t exist, the catch-all mailbox will receive them.
Catch-All Email = Helps you avoid missing messages sent to wrong or unassigned email addresses.
You can configure both settings from the Domain Settings panel.
Navigate to Domains in the sidebar
Find the domain you want to configure
On the right side, click More (⚙)
At the top of the domain modal, click:
➡ Domain Settings
This opens the panel where you will find:
Domain Forwarding
Catch-all Email
DMARC Email
Mask Forwarding
Scroll to Email Settings
Locate Catch-all Email
Enter the email address that should receive ALL incoming messages
Example:
[email protected]
Click Save
📌 Note: This inbox must exist already. InboxKit does not auto-create it.
Under Email Settings, find DMARC Email
Enter the email where you want to receive DMARC reports
Example:
[email protected]
Click Save
This address does not need to be from the same domain — any valid email is acceptable.
Changes take effect within a few minutes.
InboxKit updates DNS configurations automatically in the backend.
You have successfully configured:
✔ Catch-all Email → ensures no email is ever lost
✔ DMARC Email → keeps you informed about domain authentication & reputation
These settings strengthen your domain’s security, improve monitoring, and enhance overall deliverability.
