How to Manually Log In to Mailboxes: Google and Microsoft

When you purchase mailboxes in InboxKit—whether Google Workspace or Microsoft 365—you may occasionally need to **log in manually** to access the inbox, or connect third-party tools. InboxKit makes this easy by providing everything you need directly inside the mailbox panel.

This guide walks you through how to access **email**, **password**, and the **One-Time Password (OTP)** required for login.

## 📍 **Step-by-Step: Access Login Credentials**

### **1\. Navigate to Your Mailboxes**

1.  Go to your InboxKit dashboard
    
2.  Click **Mailboxes** from the left sidebar
    
3.  Locate the mailbox you want to log into
    
4.  Click **More** beside the mailbox
    
5.  Select **Credentials**
    

You will now see:

-   The mailbox email address
    
-   The mailbox password
    
-   The One-Time Password (OTP) for 2FA-based login
    
-   OTP countdown timer (regenerates automatically)

## 🔐 **Credentials You Will Find**

### 📧 **Email Address**

This is the full mailbox address created under your domain.

### 🔑 **Password**

Displayed securely under the **Password** section.  
You can copy it using the copy icon.

### 🟡 **One-Time Password (OTP / 2FA)**

Used during login verification.  
The timer shows how many seconds remain before the OTP refreshes.

OTP is required for:

-   Google Workspace login
    
-   Outlook / Microsoft 365 login
    
-   Any manual authentication prompts

## 📥 **How to Log In to Google Workspace (Gmail)**

### **Step 1 — Open Gmail**

Visit:  
👉 [**https://mail.google.com/**](https://mail.google.com/)

### **Step 2 — Enter the Email**

Paste the email address shown in your credentials panel.

### **Step 3 — Enter the Password**

Copy and paste the password from **Credentials**.

### **Step 4 — Enter the OTP**

When prompted for 2FA, use the current OTP available in the InboxKit mailbox Credentials section.

✔ You're now logged into your Google Workspace mailbox.

## 📥 **How to Log In to Outlook (Microsoft 365)**

### **Step 1 — Open Outlook**

Visit:  
👉 [**https://outlook.office.com/**](https://outlook.office.com/)

### **Step 2 — Enter the Email**

Use the mailbox email from your InboxKit Credentials.

### **Step 3 — Enter the Password**

Copy it from the Credentials panel.

### **Step 4 — Enter OTP (if asked)**

Some Outlook accounts also require the OTP from InboxKit for login.

✔ You're now logged into your Outlook mailbox.

## ⚠ **Important Notes**

-   OTP refreshes every 30 seconds — always use the latest one.
    
-   OTP is required for **first-time login**, **suspicious login attempts**, or **device verification**.
    
-   Do **not** attempt to reset the password manually via Gmail/Outlook. Always use the password provided in InboxKit for stability.
