### ❗ Troubleshooting: Why Exports Fail

Running into issues? Here are the most common culprits:

**1\. Wrong Login Details**

- Double-check your Salesforge email and password

- If you recently changed your password, update it in InboxKit

**2\. Invalid Workspace ID**

- If you entered a Workspace ID, make sure it's correct

- You can find your Workspace ID in Salesforge under account or workspace settings

**3\. No Active Salesforge Subscription**

- Exports require an active paid plan on Salesforge

- Verify your billing status in the Salesforge dashboard

**4\. 2FA Is Blocking Access**

- Salesforge doesn't support automated logins when two-factor authentication is enabled

- Temporarily disable 2FA in Salesforge to allow exports

**5\. Mailbox Quota Reached**

- Check if your Salesforge plan has hit its mailbox limit

- Remove unused accounts or upgrade your plan to continue
