Warmforge is designed to improve your email deliverability through intelligent warmup sequences. When paired with InboxKit, you get a streamlined pipeline: provision mailboxes, export them to Warmforge, and let the warmup begin—all without manual data entry or repetitive imports. Here's how to set it up.
Part 1: Connect Warmforge to InboxKitThe integration process is quick and painless:
Step 1: Open Sequencers
From your InboxKit dashboard, click on Sequencers in the left sidebar.
Press + Add Sequencer to view available platforms.
Step 2: Select Warmforge
Find Warmforge in the list and click on it.
The form will show three fields: Email, Password, and Workspace ID (Optional).
Step 3: Provide Your Warmforge Credentials
Email – the email you use to access your Warmforge account
Password – your Warmforge password
Workspace ID (Optional) – if your Warmforge account has multiple workspaces, enter the specific Workspace ID where you want mailboxes exported. Leave this blank to use your default workspace.
Click Connect Warmforge to complete the setup. Your sequencer list will now display Warmforge as an active connection.
Part 2: Export Mailboxes to WarmforgeWith Warmforge connected, pushing mailboxes over takes just a few steps.
How to export manually:
Visit the Exports section in InboxKit.
Click Create Export.
Choose Warmforge from your connected platforms.
Select the mailboxes you want to send—one, several, or all at once.
Confirm with Create Export Job.
The export runs in the background and typically completes in 5–30 minutes. After that, head over to Warmforge and you'll see your mailboxes ready for warmup configuration.
Auto-Export: Automate Your Warmup PipelineIf you're regularly spinning up new mailboxes, manually exporting each batch gets old fast. Auto Export solves this.
How it helps:
Newly activated mailboxes in InboxKit are pushed to Warmforge automatically
Your warmup queue stays populated without extra effort
Scale your infrastructure without scaling your workload
To switch it on:
Navigate to Sequencers → Warmforge → Settings
Enable Auto Export
Once active, every mailbox you provision flows directly into Warmforge—keeping your sender reputation on track from day one.
Troubleshooting Failed ExportsIf an export doesn't go through, here's what typically causes issues:
1. Login Credentials Are Wrong
Verify your Warmforge email and password are entered correctly
Try logging into Warmforge directly to confirm they work
2. Workspace ID Doesn't Exist
If you specified a Workspace ID, double-check it matches an actual workspace in your account
Copy the ID directly from Warmforge settings to avoid typos
3. Billing or Subscription Problems
Warmforge requires an active subscription to accept mailbox imports
Make sure your account isn't paused or expired
4. 2FA Blocking the Connection
Two-factor authentication interferes with automated exports
Disable 2FA temporarily from Warmforge's security settings
5. You've Hit Your Mailbox Limit
Warmforge plans cap how many mailboxes you can warm up at once
Clear out finished warmups or upgrade your plan to continue
Warmup ReadyThat's it—Warmforge and InboxKit are now working together. Your mailboxes will arrive in Warmforge fully authenticated with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC already configured by InboxKit. All that's left is to let the warmup do its job, and your sending reputation will be solid by the time you're ready to launch campaigns.
