How to setup domain forwarding in InboxKit?

Domain forwarding allows you to redirect anyone who visits your outreach domains (e.g., domain.com) to another website — such as your main brand site or a landing page. This is especially useful for maintaining credibility, improving user experience, and ensuring domain trust.

InboxKit makes domain forwarding extremely easy through the Domain Settings panel.

How to Set Up Domain Forwarding in InboxKit

Follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Go to Domains → Click “More” on Any Domain

1. Navigate to Domains in the left sidebar

2. Look for the domain you want to forward

3. On the right side, click the More button ()

This opens the domain details panel.

Step 2: Open the “Domain Settings” Tab

Inside the domain panel, you will see multiple tabs:

• Overview

• DNS

• Domain Settings

• Mailboxes

Click Domain Settings.

Step 3: Configure Domain Forwarding

You will see the following fields:

1. Domain Forwarding URL

Enter the website where you want to redirect visitors.
Example:

https://yourlandingpage.com

2. Enable Mask Forwarding (Optional)

Toggle ON if you want the target URL to stay hidden in the browser address bar.

• Normal Forwarding: Shows the destination link

• Mask Forwarding: Keeps your domain visible (e.g., domain.com) even after redirection

Step 4: Save Your Settings

After entering the forwarding URL and optional fields:

• Scroll down

• Click Save

Your domain forwarding will be active immediately or within a few minutes, depending on propagation.

Your Domain Forwarding Is Now Active!

Anyone who visits your outreach domain will automatically be redirected to the forwarding URL you set.
