Domain forwarding allows you to redirect anyone who visits your outreach domains (e.g., domain.com) to another website — such as your main brand site or a landing page. This is especially useful for maintaining credibility, improving user experience, and ensuring domain trust.
InboxKit makes domain forwarding extremely easy through the Domain Settings panel.
🌐 How to Set Up Domain Forwarding in InboxKit
Follow these simple steps:
✅ Step 1: Go to Domains → Click “More” on Any Domain
Navigate to Domains in the left sidebar
Look for the domain you want to forward
On the right side, click the More button (⚙)
This opens the domain details panel.
⚙ Step 2: Open the “Domain Settings” Tab
Inside the domain panel, you will see multiple tabs:
Overview
DNS
Domain Settings
Mailboxes
Click Domain Settings.
🌍 Step 3: Configure Domain Forwarding
You will see the following fields:
1. Domain Forwarding URL
Enter the website where you want to redirect visitors.
Example:
https://yourlandingpage.com
2. Enable Mask Forwarding (Optional)
Toggle ON if you want the target URL to stay hidden in the browser address bar.
Normal Forwarding: Shows the destination link
Mask Forwarding: Keeps your domain visible (e.g.,
domain.com) even after redirection
💾 Step 4: Save Your Settings
After entering the forwarding URL and optional fields:
Scroll down
Click Save
Your domain forwarding will be active immediately or within a few minutes, depending on propagation.

Anyone who visits your outreach domain will automatically be redirected to the forwarding URL you set.
