Auto-Export: Seamless ScalingManually triggering exports works fine for one-off additions, but if you're regularly provisioning new mailboxes, Auto Export is the way to go.
What it does:
Automatically pushes newly activated mailboxes from InboxKit to Woodpecker
No manual exports needed—your sequencer stays synced as you grow
Perfect for agencies and teams scaling their outbound operations
How to enable it:
Go to Sequencers → Woodpecker → Settings
Toggle on Auto Export
From then on, every mailbox you create in InboxKit flows directly into Woodpecker without any extra steps.
Troubleshooting Export IssuesIf an export fails or stalls, check these common causes:
1. Incorrect Login Credentials
Verify your Woodpecker email and password are accurate
Remember that passwords are case-sensitive
2. Using Google/SSO Login?
If you signed up for Woodpecker via Google or another SSO provider, you might not have a password set
Go to Woodpecker's account settings to create a password, then use those credentials in InboxKit
3. Subscription Not Active
Woodpecker requires an active paid plan to add new mailboxes
Check your Woodpecker billing status if exports suddenly fail
4. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
If 2FA is enabled on your Woodpecker account, it will block automated exports
Temporarily disable 2FA from Woodpecker's security settings to allow the connection
5. Mailbox Limits Reached
Each Woodpecker plan has a cap on how many email accounts you can connect
Free up slots by removing inactive mailboxes, or upgrade your plan
Ready to SendThat's everything! With Woodpecker connected to InboxKit, your mailboxes arrive pre-authenticated with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC already configured. No extra setup needed on Woodpecker's side—just assign your sending accounts to campaigns and start your outreach.
