Connect Your Mailboxes from InboxKit to Instantly: Everything You Need to Know

InboxKit allows you to seamlessly connect your mailboxes to Instantly so you can automate outreach without any manual setup. This guide covers how to connect Instantly, configure exports, enable Auto-Export, and troubleshoot common issues.

Part 1: Connect Instantly to InboxKit

Follow these steps to integrate your Instantly account:

Step 1: Go to Sequencers

• From your InboxKit dashboard, navigate to Sequencers (left sidebar).

• Click Add Sequencer.

Step 2: Select Instantly

• Choose Instantly from the list of available platforms.

• You will see required fields: Email, Password, and Workspace (optional).

Step 3: Enter Your Instantly Credentials

Fill in the following:

• Email – the same email you use to log into Instantly

• Password – your Instantly login password

• Workspace Name – only if you use multiple workspaces inside Instantly

Finally, click Connect Instantly.
Your sequencer will now appear in the Sequencers list with a connected status.

Part 2: Export Your Mailboxes to Instantly

After connecting Instantly, you can export mailboxes manually or automatically.

Manual Export

1. Go to Exports in InboxKit.

2. Click Create Export.

3. Choose Instantly as your sequencer.

4. Select the mailboxes you want to export.

5. Click Create Export Job.

Exporting usually completes within 5–30 minutes.
Once done, your mailboxes will appear inside Instantly under your sending accounts.

Auto-Export (Recommended)

InboxKit also supports Auto Export, which saves you time.

When enabled:

• New mailboxes you purchase and activate will automatically sync to Instantly.

• No need to manually trigger exports every time you scale.

To turn it on:

• Go to Sequencers → Instantly → Settings

• Enable Auto Export

Export Failures: Common Reasons & Fixes

If your export fails, it is usually due to one of the following:

1. Incorrect Credentials

Ensure:

• Your Instantly login email is correct

• Your Instantly password is correct

• Your Workspace Name matches exactly (case-sensitive)

2. Subscription Expired in Instantly

You must have an active Instantly subscription.
If the subscription is inactive, export will fail.

3. Two-Factor Authentication Enabled (2FA)

Instantly does not support API login or mailbox sync with 2FA enabled.
Disable 2FA temporarily from Instantly settings.

4. Instantly Account Limits

If your Instantly plan has reached:

• Mailbox limits

• Workspace limits

…new mailboxes cannot be added.
