
You can cancel your subscription using either the InboxKit dashboard or the Stripe Billing Portal. Both methods instantly stop future renewals, while your current billing cycle remains active until its end.
Go to Settings from the left sidebar.
Click on the Billing tab.
Scroll to the Current Plan section.
Click Cancel Subscription.
Confirm the cancellation when prompted.
Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it will not renew.
Navigate to Settings > Billing.
Click Open Stripe Billing Portal.
In the Stripe window, find your active subscription.
Click Cancel Subscription.
Confirm the cancellation.
You can also manage payment methods, addresses, and invoices inside the Stripe portal.
