How to Buy a New Domain in InboxKit (Step-by-Step Guide)Buying domains inside InboxKit is fast, simple, and optimized for cold-email deliverability. Follow the steps below to register a domain and prepare it for mailbox creation.
Step 1: Go to Domains → Buy DomainsFrom the left navigation menu, click Domains
Select Buy Domains
You’ll see the 4-step workflow at the top:
Search Domain → DMARC Setup → Contact Information → Checkout
Step 2: Search for Available DomainsUse the search bar under Search Domains to type the domain you want to register.
Choose from supported TLDs such as:
.net ($15)
.com ($12.5)
.org ($9)
.shop ($2)
You can select one or multiple TLDs before searching.
Use the Filter button to refine your search:
Show unavailable domains
Check Google Workspace availability
Check Microsoft 365 availability
These filters ensure you only purchase domains compatible with your mailbox provider.
Use the Import CSV option if you want to check or buy domains in bulk.
Once you find the domain(s) you like → click Add to Cart.
Then click Next (top right) to move to the DMARC step.
Step 3: DMARC Setup & Domain Forwarding (Optional)This step allows you to configure:
Enter a destination URL (e.g., your main website).
If someone visits the purchased domain, they’ll be forwarded automatically.
Add an email address to receive DMARC reports.
This is optional but beneficial for monitoring domain reputation.
Hide the destination URL in the browser bar.
After completing (or skipping) the fields → click Next.
Step 4: Enter Contact InformationDomain registration requires valid contact details.
Fill in the required fields:
Email Address
First & Last Name
Organization Name (optional)
Phone Number
Address Line 1 & 2
Country, State/Region, City
Postal Code
You can select saved contact details if you’ve purchased domains before.
You can enable Save contact details for future purchases.
Once complete → click Next.
Step 5: Review & Complete CheckoutThe final step displays:
Selected domains
DMARC & forwarding settings
Contact information
Total cost
Wallet balance (if available)
You may choose to:
Use Wallet Balance
Or proceed with Card/Payment Checkout
Click Checkout to complete the purchase.
What Happens After Purchase?Once the order is completed:
Domains enter Pending status
DNS configuration (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX) is automatically applied
Within 1 hour, domains become Active
You can now proceed to Mailbox Creation
