
Salesforge is a powerful AI-driven sales engagement platform, and InboxKit makes it easy to sync your mailboxes directly—no manual imports or CSV uploads required. This guide walks you through connecting Salesforge, exporting mailboxes, setting up Auto-Export, and resolving common issues.
Part 1: Connect Salesforge to InboxKitHere's how to link your Salesforge account in just a few clicks:
Step 1: Open the Sequencers Page
In your InboxKit dashboard, click Sequencers from the left sidebar.
Hit the + Add Sequencer button.
Step 2: Choose Salesforge
Select Salesforge from the available platforms.
You'll be prompted to enter your credentials: Email, Password, and optionally a Workspace ID.
Step 3: Fill in Your Salesforge Details
Email – your Salesforge account email
Password – your Salesforge account password
Workspace ID (Optional) – only needed if you manage multiple workspaces in Salesforge and want to export to a specific one. Leave blank to use your default workspace.
Click Connect Salesforge to complete the setup. Once connected, Salesforge will appear in your Sequencers list with an active status.
Part 2: Export Your Mailboxes to SalesforgeWith Salesforge connected, you're ready to push mailboxes over—either on-demand or automatically.
Manual Export
Navigate to Exports in InboxKit.
Click Create Export.
Select Salesforge as the destination.
Pick the mailboxes you want to send over.
Hit Create Export Job to start the process.
The export typically takes 5–30 minutes depending on volume. Once complete, your mailboxes will show up in Salesforge ready for campaign assignment.

Troubleshooting: Why Exports FailRunning into issues? Here are the most common culprits:
1. Wrong Login Details
Double-check your Salesforge email and password
If you recently changed your password, update it in InboxKit
2. Invalid Workspace ID
If you entered a Workspace ID, make sure it's correct
You can find your Workspace ID in Salesforge under account or workspace settings
3. No Active Salesforge Subscription
Exports require an active paid plan on Salesforge
Verify your billing status in the Salesforge dashboard
4. 2FA Is Blocking Access
Salesforge doesn't support automated logins when two-factor authentication is enabled
Temporarily disable 2FA in Salesforge to allow exports
5. Mailbox Quota Reached
Check if your Salesforge plan has hit its mailbox limit
Remove unused accounts or upgrade your plan to continue
