Export Issues? Here's How to Fix ThemWhen exports fail, one of these common culprits is usually responsible:
1. Credentials Don't Match
Ensure the email and password are exactly what you use on Warmy.io
Check for accidental spaces before or after your entries
2. Signed Up with Google?
If you created your Warmy.io account via Google OAuth, you won't have a password by default
Visit Warmy.io account settings to set a password, then use those credentials in InboxKit
3. Subscription Not Active
Warmy.io requires a paid plan to import and warm up mailboxes
Verify your account is active and in good standing
4. Two-Factor Authentication Is On
2FA blocks the automated login that InboxKit uses to export
Temporarily disable 2FA in your Warmy.io security settings
5. Warmup Slots Exhausted
Each Warmy.io plan has a limit on concurrent warmup mailboxes
Remove mailboxes that have finished warming or upgrade to a higher tier
