Connecting EmailBison to InboxKit allows you to seamlessly export your mailboxes for outreach, campaigns, and warmup operations. This guide explains how to connect your EmailBison account, enable Auto Export, perform manual exports, and resolve common export issues.
Follow these steps to add EmailBison as your sequencer:
From the left sidebar, go to Sequencers.
Click + Add Sequencer to add a new platform.
Choose EmailBison from the list of available sequencers.
Provide the required EmailBison details:
App URL (e.g., https://app.emailbison.com)
Email (your EmailBison login email)
Password (your EmailBison account password)
Client ID (available inside your EmailBison account settings)
Workspace Name (optional)
Once all fields are entered correctly, click Connect EmailBison. InboxKit will validate the details and complete the integration.
InboxKit allows you to enable Auto Export, which ensures:
Every time new mailboxes are created and activated,
InboxKit will automatically export them to EmailBison,
Without requiring any manual export job.
This keeps your sequencer updated at all times.
If you prefer manual control or Auto Export is off:
Go to Exports in the sidebar.
Click Create Export.
Select EmailBison as your sequencer.
Choose the mailboxes you want to push.
Click Create Export Job.
Mailboxes will sync to EmailBison within a few minutes.
If your export job fails, it is usually due to one of the following:
Ensure your EmailBison email, password, App URL, and Client ID are entered correctly.
If a workspace name is used, it must match exactly.
If you’re unsure, leave this field empty.
Your EmailBison plan must be active for the export to work.
If 2FA is enabled in EmailBison, InboxKit cannot connect.
Disable 2FA temporarily to allow exports.
Once corrected, exports will process normally.
You can now connect, sync, and export mailboxes from InboxKit to EmailBison smoothly—either automatically or manually.
