
InfraGuard is a powerful add-on inside InboxKit designed to protect your sending domains, monitor health, and optimize inbox placement. It combines blacklist tracking, DNS watchdog, bounce monitoring, and unlimited Inbox Placement Tests, ensuring your domains remain safe and reputation strong.
This guide walks you through how to enable InfraGuard, configure protection, understand its results, monitor health, and manage actions.
From your InboxKit dashboard, go to Addons
Click InfraGuard
Select Add Protection (top right button)
You’ll now begin the 3-step process: Select → Configure → Confirm
A list of your domains with mailbox count and existing reputation data will appear.
You may select one domain or multiple domains at the same time
Click Continue (bottom right)
Tip: You can use filters to display only domains that meet specific criteria (e.g., active, blacklisted, high bounce).
On the configuration screen, you will set:
Choose the Test Day (Sun–Sat)
Choose Frequency (Weekly or Biweekly)
Select which mailbox types InfraGuard should deliver inbox placement tests to:

Once configured → Click Continue
The final confirmation page will summarize what is included:
Blacklist Monitor — checks 100+ blacklists hourly
DNS Watchdog — checks MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC every 10 minutes
Bounce Monitor — detects hard & soft bounce rate spikes
Unlimited Inbox Placement Tests — scheduled + instant
Alerts and recommendations
Click Add Protection to activate.
Your domain is now protected with InfraGuard.
After activation, your domain will appear under Protected Assets.

You will also see score, blacklist count, bounce %, DNS match, and next IPT schedule.
Click View on any protected domain to open the full dashboard.
The dashboard contains two main tabs:
Health OverviewShows overall domain health score including:

Inbox Placement Summary (Inbox vs Spam)
Activity timeline (alerts, checks passed, DNS changes, bounce events)
IPT ResultsDisplays inbox performance across Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft, Workspace — including spam, promotions, inbox landing.
You can also:
Run IPT Now (manual test anytime)
Change settings (schedule, receivers)
View last 7/30/90 days of performance reports
Return to the main InfraGuard screen and click Actions.
