Step 4: Select Your Workspace
Once your credentials are validated:
A Workspace dropdown will appear showing all available workspaces from your Master Inbox account

Finally, click Connect Master Inbox. Your sequencer will now appear in the Sequencers list with a connected status.
Part 2: Export Your Mailboxes to Master InboxAfter connecting Master Inbox, you can export mailboxes manually or automatically.
Manual Export
Go to Exports in InboxKit.
Click Create Export.
Choose Master Inbox as your sequencer.
Select the mailboxes you want to export.
Click Create Export Job.
Exporting usually completes within 5–30 minutes. Once done, your mailboxes will appear inside Master Inbox under your sending accounts.
Auto-Export (Recommended)InboxKit also supports Auto Export, which saves you time.
When enabled:
New mailboxes you purchase and activate will automatically sync to Master Inbox.
No need to manually trigger exports every time you scale.
To turn it on:
Go to Sequencers → Master Inbox → Settings
Enable Auto Export
Export Failures: Common Reasons & FixesIf your export fails, it is usually due to one of the following:
1. Incorrect Credentials
Ensure:
Your Master Inbox login email is correct
Your Master Inbox password is correct
Your Workspace selection is valid
2. Credential Validation Failed
If the Validate Credentials step fails:
Double-check your email and password
Ensure your Master Inbox account is active
Try logging into Master Inbox directly to confirm credentials work
3. Subscription Expired in Master Inbox
You must have an active Master Inbox subscription. If the subscription is inactive, export will fail.
4. Two-Factor Authentication Enabled (2FA)
Master Inbox does not support API login or mailbox sync with 2FA enabled. Disable 2FA temporarily from Master Inbox settings.
5. Master Inbox Account Limits
If your Master Inbox plan has reached mailbox or workspace limits, new mailboxes cannot be added. Upgrade your plan or remove unused mailboxes.
You're All SetOnce connected and exported, your mailboxes will be ready for sending campaigns inside Master Inbox—fully warmed, authenticated, and optimized by InboxKit.
