InboxKit allows you to switch between subscription plans at any time based on your team size, sending volume, or feature needs. You can upgrade to a higher plan or downgrade to a lower one with just a single click.
Navigate to:
Sidebar → Subscription
This opens the page where all available plans are displayed.
Your active plan will show a “Current Plan” button (greyed out).
To switch to another plan:
Click “Upgrade to Agency”
Or click “Upgrade to Enterprise”
If you're on a higher plan and want to downgrade, you will see a Downgrade button on lower plans.
Once you click the desired option, your subscription will update immediately.
The difference in pricing is automatically handled by Stripe.
Your mailbox slot limits adjust instantly.
Your billing cycle continues normally (monthly or yearly depending on your selection).
No disruption to your domains, mailboxes, or sequencer setup.
