InboxKit allows you to fund your wallet using one-time credit purchases or by enabling automatic top-ups. Credits are used for domain purchases, mailbox renewals, pre-warmed resources, inbox placement tests, and other add-ons.
You can add credits from two places:
Settings → Billing → Add Credits
Dashboard (top-right corner) → Add Credits
Go to Settings → Billing → Add Credits
OR click Add Credits from the top-right corner.
Select One-time Purchase.
Enter the number of credits you want to buy (1 credit = 1 USD).
Click Proceed to Checkout.
Complete the Stripe payment:
Enter your card details.
Enter your billing address.
Once payment is successful, the credits are immediately added to your wallet.
Note:
If it's your first time adding credits, Stripe will require full card + address details.
From the next time onward, payment is one click because your card is already saved.
Auto Top-Up ensures you never run out of credits for renewals.
Open Add Credits.
Switch to the Auto Top-up tab.
Enable the Auto Top-up toggle.
Set:
Trigger Balance → the credit level at which the auto top-up should activate.
Example: Trigger when wallet goes below 100 credits.
Amount to Add → how many credits to add automatically.
Example: Add 150 credits when triggered.
Save the configuration.
Before enabling Auto Top-up for the first time:
You must have a default card saved in the Stripe Billing Portal.
(Settings → Billing → Open Stripe Billing Portal)
Once enabled, InboxKit will automatically charge your card and add credits whenever your wallet balance drops below the trigger level.
Wallet Logs → Shows all credit purchases, deductions, and auto top-ups.
Settings → Billing → Shows wallet balance, subscription status, and the Stripe Billing Portal link.
Stripe Billing Portal → View invoices, update payment methods, download receipts.
