At InboxKit, we aim to provide a transparent and predictable billing experience. Because of the automated nature of mailbox creation, domain provisioning, API usage, and credit consumption, InboxKit follows a strict No-Refund Policy.
Below is a clear breakdown of how refunds work across subscriptions, wallet credits, domains, and mailboxes.
InboxKit does not issue refunds for:
Subscription charges (Professional, Agency, Enterprise)
Wallet credit purchases (manual or auto top-up)
Domain purchases
Mailbox purchases
Add-on charges (Email Insights, Validation, Inbox Placement, etc.)
Unused or partially used credits
All payments made on InboxKit are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
This is because wallet credits and resources are allocated instantly, consumed automatically, and tied to third-party provider costs (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, registrars, infrastructure providers, etc.).
Wallet credits are non-refundable once purchased.
Manual top-ups and auto top-ups both fall under the same rule.
Credits do not expire and remain available as long as your InboxKit account is active.
Cancelling a subscription does not grant a refund for the remaining period.
Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Renewals already charged cannot be refunded.
Domain purchases are handled via third-party registrars and are instantly registered.
Due to ICANN and registrar rules, domain registrations cannot be reversed or refunded.
Renewal charges triggered via wallet balance are also non-refundable.
Mailbox purchases are processed instantly through partnered providers.
Cost is incurred the moment the mailbox is created, therefore no refunds can be issued.
Mailbox cancellation does not generate any refund of unused days.
InboxKit will consider wallet adjustments only in the following cases:
Duplicate payment charged due to Stripe processing error
A charge made twice for the same transaction
Verification that the credit was not added after a successful payment
In such cases, the amount may be added back to your wallet as credits (not refunded to card).
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated:
Your InboxKit account may be paused or permanently restricted.
All active mailboxes, domains, or API usage may be halted.
Outstanding usage fees may be billed or deducted from your wallet.
We strongly recommend contacting our support team before disputing any charge.
Exceptions may be considered only when:
A user is charged for a plan they never activated.
A billing mistake is confirmed by the InboxKit team.
These cases will be resolved through wallet credit adjustments, not refunds to bank/card.
InboxKit operates with a strict No-Refund Policy due to its automated, consumption-based infrastructure. All charges are final and non-reversible, but our team is always available to help resolve billing concerns or unexpected charges through wallet-level adjustments where applicable.
