
Manyreach is a multichannel outreach platform designed to help you connect with prospects across email, LinkedIn, and more. InboxKit's integration lets you push your mailboxes directly into Manyreach—no manual CSV imports or one-by-one account additions. Here's everything you need to get connected and start sending.
Part 1: Connect Manyreach to InboxKitSetting up the Manyreach integration takes less than a minute:
Step 1: Navigate to Sequencers
In your InboxKit dashboard, click Sequencers from the left sidebar.
Hit + Add Sequencer to view all available platforms.
Step 2: Select Manyreach
Locate Manyreach in the list and click on it.
You'll see a simple form with two fields: Email and Password.
Step 3: Provide Your Manyreach Credentials
Email – the email you use to log into your Manyreach account
Password – your Manyreach password
Click Connect Manyreach to finalize the connection. Once linked, Manyreach will appear in your active sequencers and is ready to receive mailbox exports.
Part 2: Export Mailboxes to ManyreachWith the connection established, transferring mailboxes is simple.
To export manually:
Head to Exports in the InboxKit sidebar.
Click Create Export.
Choose Manyreach as your target platform.
Select the mailboxes you'd like to export—one, multiple, or all.
Confirm with Create Export Job.
The export process typically wraps up in 5–30 minutes. After completion, your mailboxes will be available in Manyreach's email accounts section, ready to be added to your outreach sequences.
Auto-Export: Keep Your Accounts in SyncIf you're frequently adding new mailboxes, enable Auto Export to eliminate the repetitive work.

To turn it on:
Navigate to Sequencers → Manyreach → Settings
Enable the Auto Export toggle

Export Not Working? Here's What to CheckRunning into issues? These are the most common culprits:
1. Double-Check Your Credentials
Make sure the email and password match exactly what you use on Manyreach
Watch for typos, extra spaces, or incorrect capitalization
2. No Password Set?
If you registered with Google or another social login, you may not have a Manyreach password
Create one in Manyreach's account security settings, then reconnect in InboxKit
3. Account or Billing Issues
An active Manyreach subscription is required for mailbox imports
Verify your plan is current and in good standing
4. Two-Factor Authentication Enabled
2FA blocks automated logins from InboxKit
Disable 2FA temporarily in Manyreach's security settings to allow exports
5. Mailbox Limit Reached
Manyreach plans have caps on connected email accounts
Remove unused mailboxes or upgrade your plan to add more
