
InboxKit allows you to seamlessly connect your mailboxes to Reply.io so you can automate outreach without any manual setup. This guide covers how to connect Reply.io, configure exports, enable Auto-Export, and troubleshoot common issues.
Part 1: Connect Reply.io to InboxKitFollow these steps to integrate your Reply.io account:
Step 1: Go to Sequencers
From your InboxKit dashboard, navigate to Sequencers (left sidebar).
Click + Add Sequencer.
Step 2: Select Reply.io
Choose Reply.io from the list of available platforms.
You will see two required fields: Email and Password.
Step 3: Enter Your Reply.io Credentials
Fill in the following:
Finally, click Connect Reply.io. Your sequencer will now appear in the Sequencers list with a connected status.
Part 2: Export Your Mailboxes to Reply.ioAfter connecting Reply.io, you can export mailboxes manually or automatically.
Manual Export
Go to Exports in InboxKit.
Click Create Export.
Choose Reply.io as your sequencer.
Select the mailboxes you want to export.
Click Create Export Job.
Exporting usually completes within 5–30 minutes. Once done, your mailboxes will appear inside Reply.io under your sending accounts.
Auto-Export (Recommended)InboxKit also supports Auto Export, which saves you time.
When enabled:
New mailboxes you purchase and activate will automatically sync to Reply.io.
No need to manually trigger exports every time you scale.
To turn it on:
Go to Sequencers → Reply.io → Settings

Export Failures: Common Reasons & FixesIf your export fails, it is usually due to one of the following:

You must have an active Reply.io subscription. If the subscription is inactive, export will fail.
3. Two-Factor Authentication Enabled (2FA)
Reply.io does not support API login or mailbox sync with 2FA enabled. Disable 2FA temporarily from Reply.io settings.
4. Reply.io Account Limits
If your Reply.io plan has reached mailbox limits, new mailboxes cannot be added. Upgrade your plan or remove unused mailboxes.
