When Exports Don't Work: Quick FixesExports failing? Here's what to check:
1. Credentials Mismatch
Re-verify that your Saleshandy email and password are accurate
If you use "Sign in with Google" on Saleshandy, you may need to set a password in Saleshandy's account settings first
2. Account Not Active
Make sure your Saleshandy subscription is current
Expired or paused accounts will block exports
3. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
If 2FA is enabled on your Saleshandy account, exports cannot proceed
Disable 2FA temporarily from your Saleshandy security settings
4. Hitting Platform Limits
Saleshandy plans come with mailbox caps
If you've maxed out, the export will fail—free up slots or upgrade your plan
All Done! With Saleshandy connected and your mailboxes exported, you're set to launch campaigns using InboxKit-powered email infrastructure. Your accounts come pre-configured with proper authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) so you can focus on what matters—getting replies.
